Our diptank; the Audionvac VDT 5060 is a stainless steel shrink diptank designed to provide high quality contoured retail packaging for meat, poultry, cheese, and other perishable food products.
The Audionvac VDT 5060 eliminates dog ears and excessive wrinkles around food products that have been vacuum packaged in shrink bags.
Audion has two different sizes of diptanks in their productrange the:
- VDT 5060
- VDT 6080
Both dip tank machines are made from high quality stainless steel and are plug and play. The VDT 5060 is for small/medium sized companies the VDT 6080 has a larger capacity.

Easy cleaning
Nobody wants to spend unnecessarily time on cleaning. Therefor Audion made it easy for you. We have installed an easy to use drain tap on the side of the Audion VDT 5060 diptank. Makes cleaning easier and more pleasant.
Green footprint
Audion designed and built the VDT 5060 as environmentally friendly as possible. Not only materials inorder to prodcue have been taken in account but also minimize the power consumption when in use. High quality isolation for contant temperature distribution and special designed fully insulated balls to avoid heat loss / against evaporation.
Piece of cake
No complicate tasks need to be done with the Audion VDT 5060 diptank in order to create a second skin product presentation. The standard installed hydraulic drive and digital time control makes sure that each packaging cycle is a success.
Short preheating time
Audionvac uses only high quality materials for their products also for the heating elements used in the VDT 5060. These new powerful heating elements reduces the preheating time and makes the VDT 5060 quicker to be ready for use than its competitors.

Perfect combination for your chamber vacuum machine
After vacuum packaging, the product is placed into the dip tank, with hot water filled, for a few seconds. During this bath, the special vacuum shrink film will retract the plastic surplus film around the product. Resulting in a better looking packaging, as well as a reduced packaging volume.
