The Audionpack H20 has a smart one step shrink technology which seals and shrinks in one step. Richly equipped as a standard and designed for simple maintenance and quiet operation.

The hood is closed by hand and an electromagnet holds it down during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping cycle. Almost any product can be sealed and shrinked in this smart one hand operated Audion H20 shrink packer. The mobile product-holding plate is detached from the film reel support to allow a better adjustment of the film to pack various size of products. This will give you a higher production output and limites the use of film.

The PTFE-coated sealing wires are from superior quality and have longer wire life than most other similar machines in this market segment. The Audionpack H20 features a PCB with LCD display with parameters in text in several languages and allows you to store packing parameters for various products . Furthermore, it is equipped with a large fan for better and more equal air circulation, resulting in excellent shrink capacity and the perfect package!

Both the film perforators and the worktop are adjustable.

The Audionpack H20 has a 410 x 250 mm chamber size, accomodates up to 210 mm high product dependent on total size, and can use a shrink film up to 450 mm wide.

The Audionpack H20 in action

The Audion H20 shrink packer works with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. This hood is transparent and gives a good view of the package during the packaging process. It uses heat to wrap the shrink film around your product. The air is heated by a group of temperature controlled heating elements. The film is sealed around the product and shrunk in one operation, making this packaging process fast.

After having made the first film seal the product can be placed on the product support in the angle of the film that just has been sealed. Pull the film with your left hand while your right hand moves the product inside the hood positioning it on the product support at approx 1-2 cm from the sealing blade.

Close the hood and as soon as it will be in contact with the sealing bars the Audion H20 will start automatically and an electromagnet holds the hood down during the seal and shrink process. When the machine buzzes the hood will open automatically and the cycle has finished - just as easy as that.
