Audion technical dealer training

A few weeks ago, Audion hosted a Technical Speedpack Training at our facility in Kleve, Germany. Dealers were invited to attend, and their service and technical support teams received in-depth training on the technical aspects of the Speedpack machine line.

The full range of Speedpack machines (300, 400, 550 on foil and Paper) was available for hands-on practice. After a brief theoretical overview covering key components and features of the various models, participants engaged in practical exercises. They opened the machines, replaced PCBs, adjusted settings, optimized performance, and configured printer settings. This hands-on segment was fully supported with tools and guidance from trainers, allowing technicians to enhance their skills directly.

In addition to the intensive learning sessions, evenings were set aside for informal networking over dinners and drinks, making for an enjoyable close to each training day.

Audion reflects positively on two productive days of training. Dealers are crucial to the success of Speedpack machines in the field, and this training marks an important step toward ongoing growth and excellence for the Speedpack line.
