This brand new D 547 AHS is a high-performance horizontal continuous band sealer that delivers unmatched efficiency, precision, and reliability. An upgrade of the D 552 AHS, emphasizing the Audion signature of robustness and high-quality. Its stainless steel construction ensures both durability and hygienic operation, making it ideal for demanding packaging environments.

Its versatile design, with electrically adjustable seal head and conveyor height, accommodates bag lengths up to 460 mm (in horizontal position). The conveyor may be tilted as 30° to ensure optimal handling of bags, ideal for products that prone to spill out of the bag when lying flat.

D 547 AHS features powerful bi-active heating elements and customizable seal pressure, ensuring high-quality seals across a wide range of packaging materials and laminates. From the new-designed digital membrane control panel seal temperature, speed and height of the conveyor and seal head can easily be adjusted, streamlining your operation and facilitating rapid product batch transitions.

 

The rapid heat-up time of this band sealer enables immediate operation, making it a true plug-and-play solution.

The digital control panel accomodates to easily adjust the process parameters to the requirements of your bags (e.g. throughput speed, sealing temperature and cooling fan). Up to 9 pre-programmed process recipes, including machine and conveyor height settings, enable rapid and effortless selection of  the required process parameter settings for diverse batch packaging.

Both the machine and conveyor are electrically adjustable in height to ensure the best position for both your products and the operator.

The optional printer allows you to add personalised text and/or data directly to the packaging. Your product is then immediately ready for use, storage or transport to the next step in the supply chain.

Customizable printing

Enhance your packaging with our integrated inkjet printer. Print variable data such as text, counters, dates, expiration dates, and batch numbers. Customize your prints with high-quality images in JPG or BMP format, or add barcodes and QR codes for efficient tracking.

Enhanced seal width

The extra seal with of 20mm (instead of the standard 10mm) makes the D 547 AHS suitable to seal bags with eurohole or header cards, guaranteeing optimal product protection and presentation.

PTFE Protect

For longer lifetime of PTFE belts the heating elements will be retracted when the machine is not in use.

Left/Right configuration

Enables seamless integration within your production line running from left to right
