The D 547 AVTS introduces a new era of Audion Continuous Band Sealers, succeeding the D 552 AVTS with improved ergonomics, cutting-edge technology and premium quality. Embodying the Audion signature, this high-performance sealer is designed for stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, sachets, and barrier bags, ensuring advanced reliability and efficiency across various industries.
Built for heavy-duty applications, the D 547 AVTS is constructed from durable stainless steel (AISI 304), making it ideal for demanding environments such as the food, high-tech, and medical/pharmaceutical industries.
With a 90-degree tilting sealing head, the machine supports both vertical and horizontal sealing operations. The ergonomic design allows operators to work comfortably and safely, minimizing strain during extended use. It accommodates longer bag lengths, providing an additional 255 mm sealing length compared to its predecessor (D 552 AVTS).
Equipped with a newly designed digital control panel, the D 547 AVTS offers precise parameter control and real-time monitoring, ensuring consistent, high-quality seals. The convenient memory feature makes batch changes quick and easy by storing process parameter recipes for different products, boosting overall productivity. The D 547 AVTS is designed to ensure operators can work in an optimal ergonomic position, reducing strain and enhancing comfort during prolonged use. The adjustable sealing head allows for effortless bag insertion, even when handling longer bags. Adjustable machine head and conveyor heights accommodate a wide range of product sizes and packaging requirements. In addition, the seal head can be tilted 90° degrees, enabling both vertical and horizontal packaging. The conveyor comes with a convenient pull-out feature, ideal for sealing larger products.
The D 547 AVTS has an additional bag length of 255 mm over its predecessor (D 552 AVTS) and is capable to accomodate long bag lengths up to 860 mm. This machine provides optimal flexibility in bag sizing.
The intuitive digital control panel with memory feature for pre-programmed process parameter recipes makes it easy for operators to manage different product batches efficiently, enhancing overall productivity.
