Advanced medical rotary sealer for sealing and coding medical sterilization pouches. This sealer is developed to seal pouches and conforms to the sealing requirements of EN 868-5 and DIN 58953-7. The machine is ISO 11607-2 and EN-ISO TS 16775 compliant suitable for packing sterilized products.
All critical process parameters are monitored and recorded. Automatic stop if temperature or speed comes beyond tolerance. Traceability stands out by the multi interface features integrated: data can be exported by USB, 2 serial port RS232 (facilitating extra label printer connection), ethernet port, PS2 port and VGA port. Remote control possible.
The 7"touchscreen and user-friendly software allow for storage of 24 pre-set seal recipes, ensuring you to have the ideal seal settings for every batch always at your disposal.
The built-in 18 dots matrix printer facilitates barcode-, 1 line- or 2 line printing. The possibility of connecting an external label printer gives you the most extensive coding option.
The adjustable throughput speed of 3-13 mt/min. is ideal when sealing delicate items or heavy-duty batch packaging. Regardless of the speed a powerful extra wide 15 mm multi line seal is provided continuously.

The user-friendly touch screen control panel enables you to easily program and store up to 24seal parameter recipes to always have the correct settings for each product/film type at your disposal. 2 x RS 232 ports, an Ethernet port and USB port allow communication with several external devices and remote control of the sealer.
Controlling, monitoring and storage of all process parameters, such as seal temperature, seal force and speed. Further, texts, sealer ID, operator names, expiry dates and batch codes are all recorded. In addition to the provided seal quality guarantee, you are assured of compliance with the required regulations on validation (ISO 11607.2), international guidelines EN-ISO TS 16775 and sterilized packaging norms EN 868-5 and DIN 58953-7.

Heavier products that cause excessive tension on the seal due to dragging and require more guidance during the sealing process can add a convenient optional roller table. Using a roller table accomodates the operator to keeps hands free for feeding the next pouch. Besides, it will be easier to create a straight seal.
